Pretty strange story...

There was an empty bandwagon found this morning down in South Beach... Appears to have mysteriously broken down... Just days and weeks ago it was filled, with people... All of the sudden this Bandwagon has been found empty, reported by some locals... If anyone is familiar with this Bandwagon, please notify the authorities.
