EoM award went to Kevin last year. I was a bit disappointed but Kevin did a heck of a job upselling those McRibs last year but fell apart once the demands picked up when they really needed him during those Peak hours.

No, I think Kevin was ok, I just didn't put him in the right working enviroment, hes trying to resign but I am intent on keeping him, you however, you were amazing, you did so well but once we got to the time I needed you, you couldn't close the deal on customers, you almost had the award, maybe next year. Good job, good effort.

Did you not try to use Chris better? I had him there to help you, I feel like you only delegated lesser roles to him, he was there to help you win multiple EoM awards, just like you told me when I hired you, not 1....not 2...... not 3....., but you have only managed to win 2, I am disappointed.

Honestly I tried.... Chris couldn't even make french fries or mcnuggets and those are spoon fed process. I am not sure how much work I need to do! Anyway at the end of the day its my fault as the Leader when we are running the shift and closing time.

As for the Eom I have plenty, what I want is the Best Store award for our Franchise. I know I said we will bring 7 or more but the cast I had just fell apart so quickly. Also first year did not expect the Manager at Dallas was going to take over in a insane matter. That German Freak ran the show and no excuses me not executing like he did. Last year those Texas store always give us problems. The GM Greg is the BEST EVER in McDonald history at delegating his crew.

Bottom Line me taking my Burger Flipping skills to Miami was a mistake. People down here are stuck up and clueless and have no passion. They just like to party and smoke up all day. This is not what I wanted to build my Legendary McDonald legacy and this is why I am going back HOME.
