The camel represents Lebron, while the kid represents Wade. Bosh is subtly saying that, while both he and Wade "rode" Lebron to two rings, Wade was basically a child who didn't know what he was doing and came along for the ride, while he, Chris Bosh, was actually the one who was guiding the team ("guiding the camel") with leadership.
