You couldn't write a better script. Prodigal son returns home and, what if he brought God hated Cleveland its first chip in over 50 years? Where does that rank all time in sports stories? M

He got his father murdered though. Its more scary than heart warming

LeBron winning it would be greatest story in NBA history, possibly all sports.

It would be a great story and add to Lebrons Legacy for sure and also how he is viewed by people. Plus winning a championship with 2 different teams and Rosters also looks very good and proves his greatness leading a Doormat to promised land.

I don't know about the former and the latter is DEFINITELY wrong... but it would definitely be up there. It would be one hell of a story.

Would mean 1000x more if he didn't actually leave Cleveland high and dry before.

The narrative will be: left Cleveland because he felt he couldn't win on his own; joined Wade's super team in Miami; left there because they couldn't win anymore; went back to Cleveland once they stockpiled enough #1 picks to where he felt they could compete again.

:applause:

If LeBron never left Cleveland and won a championship, then OP would be right. But this is the exact reality of the situation now, he honestly looks WORSE imo ditching Miami to go back to Cleveland

Da gawdfather Injects 1000ml of HGH on Wade, he then magically recovers leading the Heat to eliminate the Cavs on the semis.

FINALS MVP. HEAT 2015 NBA CHAMPS

I really don't care where it would rank in all time sports stories.

All I care about is that it would be the greatest year in Cavs history.

I'm not convinced that he is coming back to the Cavs though, nothing offical yet, just lots and lots of internet speculation.

Lance returning from testicular cancer and winning six(?) consecutive Tour de France's would've been untouchable if it wasn't for doping.
Not many of you would've heard of Jason McCartney. He is an Aussie footy player who was in a club the night of terrorist bombings in Bali, which killed a lot of people. He sustained massive burns to his body.
After rehabbing he came back and in the dying seconds of the game he set up the winning goal. In his post match interview he announced his retirement.

My point is lebron returning and winning has huge potential but not necessarily the best ever.

It'd be ****ing EPIC if he could 3 peat with Cleveland (something he couldn't do in Miami) and retire with 5 rings.

It's like Cleveland winning and beating Miami in the battle of good vs evil
