He will take a whole week of active free agency to make his decision.
He is waiting to see how everything else shakes out and he has had a nice vacation in Brazil.

Where does this leave Bosh?

James NoDefense Harden?

If Lebron waits until the very last minute in free agency, Bosh will go AWOL. He might want people to find his fossils and recreate him outside of AmericanAirlines Arena for his statue though.

While I do have some high level sources on this, it hasnt been confirmed so it remains speculative. I will update once I have confirmation.

If LeBron waits that long to make a decision, he screws Bosh from getting a max deal with the Rockets. I was thinking, what if this is all carefully crafted plan by LeBron to hold up any other teams from forming SUPER teams to compete against him where ever he decides to sign?

Maybe Lebron is doing this on purpose to keep other teams from making maneuvers and cause disruption and panic so that he doesn't have to face stronger teams to win another chip. He is definitely keeping the Rockets from potentially making timely good deals to improve their team.

He could ultimately be playing his friends Melo, Wade and Bosh if he goes to Cleveland, by keeping them from forming another powerful team somewhere that he would have to face to win another chip.

And didn't Dwight Howard get slammed for taking forever to make up his mind? I think critics were calling Dwight "indecisive"

Right, but dwight is already super corny and hard to like. If anything, this is smart for lebron. World cup will have died down and his brand will be the only thing out there in sports media. If he does it this weekend, or early next week, hes competing for headlines (with the world cup and other FA signings like melo).

LeBron is not gonna sign with any team. He's just gonna take a long vacation and stay a free agent.

Houston's got 3 days to decide to match the Mavs offer for Parsons. This could really fvck them up.

once the offer sheet has been officially received. Sounds like Dallas is still trying to negotiate a sign and trade.

Yeah, I'm sure LeBron's wants to make sure he has the entire country of Germany's attention before he announces.
