Blake was a Warriors free agent.
Gasol hasn't agreed to anything yet.
Melo is a New York free agent.

The Lakers offered Steve Blake the minimum, other teams offered him more. link (http://forums.lakersground.net/viewtopic.php?t=169335)

Damn, Melo couldn't lead the Lakers to the playoffs last season, no wonder why he wants to leave for NY.

Lol, this is the best you could do?
Lakers traded Blake, and he took more money to go back home. I see no problem with this. The Lakers need to get younger, so bringing bagel back would be stupid.
Kaman spent more time sleeping on the bench than he did on the floor. Dude was just a rental.
Farmar himself said the Lakers weren't interested (plus he was injured half of the season). Lakers drafted another PG, so who's to say they even wanted him back?
Pau needs a fresh start somewhere, but I'll miss him. Again, no big deal, but I hope they s&t him to Chicago for an asset or two.
Lakers are better off without Melo since he's not going to put them over the top. Having that much money tied up in two guys on the wrong side of 30 isn't a good look. Blessing in disguise, imo.
I'm more concerned about possibly losing Bazemore than I am about any of these guys, lol.

They all know kobes on his last legs. Hes been done, you could see it in him before he tore his achilles. The team barely made the playoffs even with dwight coward. Now his team is even worse. At least we'll enjoy them being on Shaqtin a fool, Nick Young vs JaVale.

Its has been and still is pretty obvious that most of the Lakers from last year were not coming back. Lakers are headed in a new era and direction. Those guys last year were merely fillers for that season. No one will be signed or offered any deal until the big players sign.

All I see on that list of players are scrubs. Glad they're gone/will be gone. No need for that shit on this team.

Why don't you look at the numbers he was putting up before you say something stupid. Oh, wait...
Anybody that was paying attention knows that Kobe's play down the stretch was the only reason that team made the playoffs.
Edit: The refs gave them that last game though, lol.

He took more money, but Portland isn't his home, he just played there in the past.

It was more than the last game. ISH was blowing up because any close Lakers game in the final 10 games had horribly 1 sided calls.

He's still got a home in Portland, and his kids were born there. Plus I think this is the 3rd time he's played for them. Dude will be known as a Blazer when he retires, so that's what I meant by "home" anyway.

Yeah man because the Lakers are making offers left and right. Guys are getting offered, money while Melo is waiting, of course they're gonna jump on it not being sure if they're gonna get offered or not. The fact that you listed STEVE BLAKE of all people who wasn't even a part of the team by the end of the season says that you must have been high while writing this.
If Melo doesn't sign, then they'll throw actual offers out there and not some minimum BS.
