View Full Version : How is it admirable that Lebron came back?

So first he quit on a 60 win team and went to form a superteam with two other stars/superstars
Somewhat underachiever there, then came back after going to freaking finals to form another great team.
This is the definition of ring chasing, nobody else did it so pathetically. Watch as he leaves CLE again when Wiggins gets a big contract from some other team and Irving ****s up his knees

it's not. it only is to weak minded easily manipulated fools

Home is only good when it's stacked with talent and stockpiled picks

lebron goes where it's most expedient

It's not, but history will see it as a great move. Any ring LeBron wins here will be worth a shitload and he'll be treated as a hero in his hometown.

big 3 got shook after the SA loss. thats why they were all iffy and stuff. if they won that championship it wouldn't even be a question right now they'd all be back.

It's pathetic from any way you look at it.
He did it for the money, it's so obvious.
When the going gets tough, Lebron goes to another city.

It's not admirable. But people are sheep and think oh WOW HE IS GOING HOME!

It masks his competitive spirit. Riley was right about him, he quits when the going gets tough.

So he goes to a team that won 33 games and has a no name coach?

Goes to a team that was injury riddled and underachiever majorly last season.
Team that has 4 no.1 picks on it.
Team that literally just drafted the supposed player of the generation in Wiggins.
And he's probably draggin Ray Allen alongside him to CLE, so cleveland is oficially the most stacked team in the NBA aside from Rockets

Basically this. It did take class, and character to admit wrong to go back though. He seems to have matured. I liked his letter. He's a living legend if he bring Cleveland to the promise land.

spoelstra was a no name coach either except blatt has won a ring for himself already even though its not in the nba its still the 2nd best league after NBA.

But Miami is the most stacked team of all. Why wouldn't he just continue to chase rings here?

4 #1 draft picks who really can't play any worse, especially Bennett. Dude was way worse than Olowokandi last year, there is no way he doesn't improve. add Wiggins who can ball....well if they don't trade him.\

like Spoelstra was a good coach. he was so overrated, and protected by Riley.

Itll be Kyrie, waiters and a 19 year old. When wiggins 23/24 LeBron will be like 35. We'll see how the young players develop, but for now the team isn't stacked, unless they get a big piece. Wiggins wont likely be anything special for atleast a couple years and bran will be declining by then.

Wiggins is 19 bro.

Even if Wiggins is the next Kobe or T-mac, he will not be great next year. Kobe wasn't great at 19...and T-mac hardly played at all at age 19.

Because big 3 is out of the question as all of them are looking for a max?
And they got old.
And even then they got Granger and McRoberts already, this could've been a great team without either Wade or Bosh, it's just that LeBron is not loyal at all and has no self respect

3 weeks ago Miami was the most stacked team of all time. Now suddenly the Heat are a joke?

Cavs are a joke just one week ago. Now they are the most stacked team of all time?

But per ISH this had nothing to do with James

you're acting like things don't change year to year. Cav's have the most stacked young talent team in the league by far....youth with stellar athleticism is a huge boon even if they haven't fully matured yet.

Miami were just 3 superstars, 2 who peaked a few years ago~ one on massive decline....and i swear the Spurs loss had to have messed with thier psyche because if you watched that series they aren't ever going to beat that Spurs team with a big 3.

you'd really put your money on big 3 Miami winning it all next year? 2nd place doesn't mean anything, in fact its probably more frustrating knowing you can't overcome that hump.

Nash

ffs, he returned to Cleveland without the stars. He just left a team that made it to the finals 4 straight times and would probably have done it again the next 2 years.

And money? lol please, lebron aint about the NBA money, he's already rich as a troll.

This is EXACTLY why the Cavs need to trade Wiggins!

Win now or *MAYBE* win later? No-brainer there. You ALWAYS take the sure bet.

We all know every #1 pick automatically makes a difference in the league, right?
