Miami is fighting to keep Chris Bosh, league sources tell Yahoo Sports. He will decide between Heat and Rockets today.
Surprised Lakers also didn't go hard after Bosh...I don't get it....
But isn't anyone surprised that Bosh would ALSO abandon Heat/Wade/Riley/Miami so QUICKLY? It would basically be his team going forward....in a weaker East with lots of cap space...
he really wants to be a complimentary piece AGAIN with the Rockets? smh

We could actually build around Bosh and Wade. Bosh would basically be the first option. If he wants to get paid and be the franchise guy in Miami, now is his chance. I mean we won't compete for another title, but we could be a playoff team.

Choose Houston.
We've been looking for a stretch 4 since getting Dwight Howard and bringing Chris Bosh in would be perfect for us and it'd be great for him.

If you get Melo or even Deng, I think you can compete to come out of the East.

Stay in Miami please...West is ****ing stacked enough.
1st step: pick dallas
2nd step: copy lebron's letter
Honestly, hope he stays. Dude seems to love Miami and his life there. Sure would be different and that team is such a mess without Lebron plugging the holes but if Miami life is what you like then stay.
Chalmers
Wade
Deng
Bosh
Perkins
yeah, no more championships though..

East is easier.
He should stay.
They have cap space to add a few pieces around him and Wade.

Let Bosh WALK.
Bosh to the Rockets so wade and Miami becomes irrelevant again.

This is a new thing where stars need to run around for new opportunities every few years. Why does Bosh want to be a 3rd wheel AGAIN? To try to pad his resume with championships? I don't get it...Be the main guy and try to make it YOUR team.

Bosh won't be the number one option. Even if that is the gameplan going in, it won't play out on the court. If Wade is somewhat healthy, he's just better than Bosh.
That's why I cringed when the last three years whenever the focus became "getting Bosh going." Because that takes touches from Wade, and if you have to choose between a maximally performing Wade and an underperforming Bosh or vice versa, you take top form Wade every time. He gives you so much more.
Now I could see Bosh being the 1b in a formidable 1a/1b tandem.
And yes, if the windfall of free agent dollars is spent effectively, then the Heat will not only be in the playoffs but will contend in the East.

If Bosh goes to the Rockets and Wade goes to Chicago (ala rumors) the Heat are going to have a hard time making the minimum salary, lol
