Bosh is a great complimentary player. He does have it in him to step up and be the premiere player but he is going to need a lot of depth around him.

If Bosh can try to become a Tim Duncan-esque player now that he has the space to work it would be an interesting development from a player that has played his role to perfection whenever asked.

Pairing Bosh up with something like Gasol/West can be a solid short-term solution for Miami to stay competitive.

He will be the Black Dirk with better defense.
D Wade can be his Jason Terry.

A team built around a healthy Bosh/Wade is a finals contender

I can't believe everyone thinks Bosh can be the #1 option on a championship contending team. Last I checked, he won 3 playoff games in 7 seasons in Toronto in the pathetic east. He can be a good second option or a 1B if Wade plays well next year, but if you have Bosh as your best player you're not gonna win shit

Bosh is a 24ppg 10rpg player. He's gotten better defensively but he needs a C to bang inside.

Him and wade can give MIA 50 wins.

LOL. This is Wade's team. Bosh is number 2.

D.Wade getting the ball back in his hands, and being a high usage player again. :pimp:

Exactly. Even with Bosh getting more shots, Wade's gonna be the one initiating and creating. He'll have the ball in his hands, and he'll be making the decisions. And he'll call his own number more than anyone else's.

How is it not?

A 25/5/5 wade with a 20/10 Bosh has a great chance of making the finals out east

Napier/Cole
Wade/Hinrich/VC or Marion
Deng or Ariza/Ennis
Bosh/McRoberts/Haslem
Monroe/McRoberts

That's a pretty well rounded squad to me

Wade isnt going to be able to do 25/5/5. And Bosh isnt carrying a team to the Finals. :oldlol:

Wow.. this guy has lost it..

Bosh and Wade leading a team to the finals? :biggums:

Did you watch the playoffs? LeBron had to carry the whole team because he was getting absolutely no help from their team..

Bosh is not worth that damn contract.. he sucks at being the #1 option, let #1.. but as a #2 option he will suck too.. He was the 3rd option and he didn't showed up any damn game against Indiana, remember?

If Bosh can try to become a Tim Duncan-esque player

Come on, bro. He was hyped as the next Kevin Garnett when he came into the league because of his build (all he did that you could possibly argue was their scoring and shooting in the end) and he's got nothing to become a Duncan-esque player. Doesn't have the post scoring, rebounding, passing, overall defense, etc... to be that player. The only thing he has now his jump shooting game and that's it.

Wade misses about 19% of an 82 game season overall. That's at least 15 games he misses a year. He's on the downside of his career and hasn't been healthy for the last 3 seasons overall.

I heavily doubt it's going to start next season.

Gonna be interesting to see if Bosh can step it up and be the man would go a long way to justifying his Max contract either way I feel that contract will look real ugly/come back to haunt in a couple years when they try and pursue free agents.

would be cool to see heat get a real good defensive C next to bosh.. monroe isnt good at defense, they need somebody else. But I could see 45ish wins 4 or 5 seed.

Coming from the guy who promised to leave ISH if bran didnt score 45+ points in game five and then proceeded to stick around because he's a fcking loser who can't function if he's not sitting around dedicating his day to hating Kobe on..
