If it has to be one of the two, I'd say it would be Parker but they've got two long, defensive minded guys there that would be better suited to those matchups (Henson, Sanders).

BTW, what's the deal with Rasmus Larsen? Why'd he pull out? I'd heard from some scouts that he had a chance to be a first rounder.

Don't be surprised if you see Kidd playing Henson, Parker, and Giannis at the same next season. They have to maximize their talent next season and that's probably the best way to do it. Plus Kidd clearly isn't afraid of playing kooky line-ups (much like Rick Carlisle).

I feel bad for Wiggins, Cleveland was supposed to be his team, then this rat Lebron returns. Wiggins will be overshadowed by Lebron and his progress will be hindered. Hope he gets traded.

Seemed to work out all right for Magic. Coming into a situation where he can ease into the situation (especially playing with Lebron, who is only going to make things easier for Wiggins) is best for someone with Wiggins temperament. Besides he was never going to be "the man" with Irving on the team.

I agree with this for the most part, but all four of them are looking very promising (also pretty impressed with Wolters and Dellavedova, both of them look like they're going to continue being solid rotation guards). I'm glad about how well Bennett's playing and just the fact that he's playing this many minutes. Their going into great coaching situations that will only help them further. This is a really fun game.

Was that those two boneheaded threes in one possession? Bennett was clearly gassed at that point in the game and probably shouldn't have been on the court, but I think Blatt was trying to get him to power through that (even though he was clearly upset with that possession, he left Bennett out there).

Yeah, the one where he took like three consecutive shots, each one worst than the last. :oldlol:

But I don't know how you could watch AB tonight and not see the potential. Guys that big just don't move like that, and he has a silky smooth jumper too when he's not gassed. It's a rare skillset. There's no guarantee that he'll ever reach his ceiling, but the talent is evident.

Wiggins is just inhuman with his athleticism. Watching he and Giannis go at each other on a few of those possessions was interesting. Two athletic monsters, but Wiggins' game is already a bit more refined. I just love that step-back J going left. That could be a nice little pet shot to start his career with.

Bennett looked real good in spots. He still needs to work his game out and wake up to what he's good at and what he's not good at. He's still young though that's to be expected but he moves well for someone his size and clearly has talent.

Jabari forced the issue too much. Talent and skill is undeniable, off- the- charts. Needs to get in game shape, should be in good enough shape to push the ball off every rebound.

Wiggins' athleticism is unreal. that missed lob in the 3rd was ridiculous. Has a good enough in between game to be successful in summer league but god his shot selection is awful.

Can't wait for their next games, both guys are studs

Yeah, he's still raw. And, he still gets caught up in the moment. He seems to play extremely emotionally. That is part of what fed his awful start last season. Once he missed his first five shots or so, you could literally see it on his face every time he touched the ball.

Tonight, he started so good, but near the end once he was tired, you could see he was getting ahead of himself. Needs to play with better control.

But from a skills/talent perspective, he's a stud.

I thought Parker looked pretty good for the most part. Pretty clear that the tools are there, he was just a little too hyped up tonight. Took some bad shots, but he'll learn.

He tries to do far too much right now. He needs a good coach to provide some discipline so he learns his role better. But he will develop, he's still young and hopefully his rookie year humbles him a bit.
