OKC still has to get past the west, not going to be easy.

A worthy torch bearer. OKC still has to solve the Westbrook problem though.

What? The problem is Scott Brooks. And Lebron still plays in the east, where its literally a walk to the finals.

If Ibaka wasn't hurt they probably would have.

well, yes.

unless he's trying to create a league with Kyrie/Wiggins and co.
or until he successfully create a league with them.

Is Scott Brooks going to sack up and tell Westbrook to start acting like a PG and give the ball to KD?

What I saw in the playoffs from the Thunder was surreal. Here was Westbrook, who missed a good chunk of the season, essentially saying to the LEAGUE MVP, "that's nice and all, but I'm back, and I'm running the show now."

And then he, of course, proceeded to shoot his customary 40 percent and yet was still cheered on by the inane #letrussberuss people.

Durant SHOULD go down as one of the top 10 players ever to play this game. But, I repeat, the Westbrook problem (and it is a problem) needs to be fixed.

This.

Durant could have the best roster in the league and it still wouldn't mean anything so long as Scott Brooks is coaching.

Furthermore, LeBron will always have the easier road to the Finals because he plays in the East.

LOL no. They wouldn't still win games 1 and 2.
