--One of three coaches to lead a team to four consecutive Finals
--27 game winning streak, second longest in NBA history
--First coach of Asian decent to win a title

Anybody would've coached on that superstacked team and they would've still won titles.

Spoelstra would still get on the HOF due to those 2 titles. He's an average coach not a great one.

I'm not sure about that. I think about Del Harris coaching the Lakers before Phil and not winning. And I have to believe that if Pop or Phil or Riley coached the current Thunder they would have a ring by now. You just can't put any dummy in charge and win rings. The coach matters. Spo is above average, but not my much.

I hope it has, the guy hasn't done anything impressive except be fortunate enough that Lebron, Wade, and Bosh decided to play in Miami.

Spoelstra went from a guy that hired me from a temporary service job to a trainer for bulls to coach of miami heat to 4 straight finals and 2 rings...... He is a hall of famer to me... i remember having a conversation with him about how we both put our applications in at craft foods... THIS GUY IS A REGULAR GUY AND HE IS DEFINITELY COACH OF THE DECADE...... HE did not coach highschool he did not coach college HE PROVES THAT ME AND YOU CAN DO ANYTHING.
