If he said the exact opposite, he'd still get ripped apart by a ton of people. The dude can't win.

Aw, another meme bites the dust! Remember how a month ago Miami was the most stacked team of all-time and now they will win 40-45 games without him despite having 2 superstars? Similarly, a month ago the East was utter trash. Now a team that finished 10th in the East is stacked because it has an all-star guard, a 4/2/0 #1 pick and a 19 year old who has never played a minute.

Exactly. I interpreted that a response to the "not 1, not 2, not 3..." statement and his desire not to say anything like that again.

Yep.

Stay on the Heat - He's too cowardly to win a ring in Cleveland
Go to Cavs - He's turning his back on Wade/Bosh/riley and can't handle the pressure

Promise a ring - egotistical maniac
Not promise a ring - beta *******

Score buckets and win - stacked team
Score buckets and lose - choker

Pass the ball when his team is down - deferer
Shoot the ball when his team is down - stat padder

Funny thing is..he DID say the exact opposite when he got to Miami - the whole not 1 not 2 not 3 not 4 not 5 not 6 not 7 thing...and he got eviscerated for it..

So if Miami do makes the playoffs this year with Bosh and Wade does that mean Lebron left a better team for a shittier team? :confusedshrug:

The difference between Duncan and LeBron

Duncan:
"We look forward to the challenge and we're going to win the championship this time."

LeBron:
"We won't win the championship. No way."

This. Dude's been held to a standard like no other athlete in history, there's literally nothing he can do that he won't get crucified for.

sometimes say nothing, is better than saying anything.

yet somehow saying something, is better than silent.

Here's an idea... DONT LEAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Did Kobe leave after Shaq left? No, he waited for the right prices and won 2 more rings. Did Duncan leave?

Bron set himself up for this. It's his own fault and now he's desperately trying to dig his way out.

He asked to be traded (search YouTube) , got gasol and stayed. Good move by Kobe. It is just sad that Cleveland couldn't get a gasol like skilled player during those lebron years.
I have no idea why lebron went to Cleveland. City of losers.
Although I like lebron, I can't support the cavs as my east team. Would probably support bulls in the east. I hope rose comes back healthy.
