I mean is this a bizarro world where we look up to players who make the Decision to leave a home town team for a ring, then come back as soon as their home town team starts looking better and their new team just got handily spanked showing a big 3 with no depth could never beat them?
Are we supposed to look up to a guy who creates a whole event unto itself calling it THE DECISION to even announce where he is going? Doing it again holding up the whole league?
Are we supposed to look up to a owner who blasts a player for selling out on his team for a better opportunity, then welcomes him back with open arms?
Why am i seeing mods reply to threads critical of Lebron like we're in the wrong?
Arent the worst of the worst fans of everything The Stans who jock their boy no matter what he does, even if he shits on them, they still love him?
I mean are bandwagons really in these days?
WTF is going on :biggums:

Another quality post. In a world of depressing shit that is Cleveland, if you throw them a bone and give them something to cheer and be happy about, they embrace it and forget the past. It's an act of desperation because honestly, who doesn't like a good story.
But the irony of it all is that it's exactly that, a story. If you look at the clues (1 year with an opt out, Durant being a free agent in 2016) the real intentions are clear.

How the fk... Lebron going back to the Cavs gives them the best chance of winning, maybe not a title, but a winning season at the very least. Why would any real Cavs fans be depressed about that? You're the exact opposite of a Stan, which makes you equally as bad IMO. Your hate for Lebron blinds you from seeing that he gives you guys the best chance at winning a title.
Shits sad really, how can you call yourself a Cavs "fan" if you're depressed at the fact that your team is gonna be in contention for the next few years? At the end of the day winning is all that matters isn't it....?

its called integrity, morals, and not selling out.
Be honest, you're all willing to take everything he did to you for W's.
Stop twisting shit. you all sold the fukk out. Its okay, you might love bball a lot, might love the Cav's a bit too much, but make no mistake you're willing to take back someone who shit on you to have a better team.
thats as straight up as it is :pimp:
Dan Gilbert knows what he did, we all know what he did, its about time some of you fans own it.

Lebron was a free agent in 2010... The Cavs didn't own Lebron, he had every right to leave, like how Shaq left Orlando, like how Kareem left the bucks. Yes, the decision was stupid and unnecessary, but him leaving wasnt wrong in anyway.
Nothing to do with morals, selling out and integrity...

Common sense ftw. In the grand scheme of things him leaving the franchise for the short term gave them an opportunity to rebuild that they never would have had otherwise. Getting caught up in how he left is petty. Yeah it was retarded but we have been mentioning it nonstop for years now, its time to get over it.

you're a complete moron, just like the 2 idiots below you, if you don't think what he did was offensive at all, or selling out.
pretty sure everyone has already conceded what Lebron did back then was messed up, even him.
lebron stans are unbelievable here with the excuses.

i swear y'all are such pansies. own it already. admit you taking him back is weak as fukk, but you want W's...
and thats the WHOLE reason i made this thread. you stans keep acting like the Haters are in the wrong hating when if anyone is in the wrong, its you all blind and whipped pretending like nothing ever happened.
Haters got every right to dog him until the end of his career. GTFO here with "its time to get over it" :facepalm

because when someone has such strong of an impact/influence. while conventional wisdom would say we don't want them to put it in a negative way. people also learn that limiting their impact/influence does no one any good.

Inability to move on is a sign of a lack of maturity. The guy left a team that had minimal future. Perfectly within his rights. He may have done it in a manner lacking perspective but it's not like he physically hurt or stole from anyone. If anything you are the pansy for allowing yourself to become so emotional over something so insignificant

i never pretended to be mature, but i am very much logical...
and someone who makes excuses for someones behavior in the context of this forum is usually a major stan of that somebody.
ROFL @ he didn't physically hurt nobody so nobody should be mad at him
what about mental? what about judging character? i mean its just weak, like looking down on you all 'weak' for pretending nothing ever happened....just like being okay your wife cheated on you and taking her back with open arms 'weak'.... sorry that is just some really lame stuff.
i think there is a lot more logic and justification to my perspective, than your forgiving him and us being so immature for hating point.
Try some other way to make me not hate and disrespect because its not working for me.

But you still call Kobe a rapist when that was 10 YEARS AGO (a decade, meaning that kids in first grade at that time would be in HIGH SCHOOL now, and Bush was still in his first term then while Obama's already in his second term. Yeah) and he wasn't even guilty. If you're telling people to get over it with LeBron after four years, you should take your own advice with Kobe after 10 years.
LeBron returning to Cleveland is still a good story, though the two year contract is interesting when Durant's contract expires at the same time... more collusion if LeBron loses these two years?

I'm not trying convince you, I'm simply telling it how it is. You aren't from cleveland so your forgiveness is irrelevant and acting like he offended you in the first place is a bit much. You claim to be logical so you should realize the reasoning behind a player leaving a team without assets for an opportunity to lead a team to multiple championships.
And why wouldn't they accept him back? He admitted his mistakes. Sure there a ton of people eating crow but that feeling fades very quickly once you realize that your team is back in contention. All in all this is a good thing and is the closest thing possible to redemption and righting ones wrongs.

There is a difference my friend. I'll be the first to admit that those charges were bullshit. The difference is that you and your ilk actually believe most of the stuff you post and that includes the so-called collusion you mentioned in the last sentence of your post.
