That's basically what the Rockets off season amounted to.

they have 14 million in cap space now. pretty much any average point is better than lin, so he'll be easy to replace. asik is the bigger problem, but they can find someone

Lin is easily a 14/5 guy when allowed to play his style of basketball... not easy to replace.

lin's style of basketball doesn't result in winning basketball games consistently. especially in the playoffs.

His style of basketball is team oriented/move the ball around which is a very consistent way to win basketball games provided everyone's on the same page. Hence why Linsanity worked so well.

When you have a james harden on the team it's difficult.

linsanity happened because teams hadn't scouted him and he had a green light to shoot as much as he wanted. He's better than Jameer gives him credit for but don't go crazy with it. He still isn't a top point in this league.

Prepare to see Lin explode in LA, Mcfail is a cancer to PGs

At this point no

But if he's given the right coaching/teammates around him he has the potential to be a top tier PG in the league. McHale/Harden/Rockets organization was one of the worst things to happen to him for his game. Glad he can get back to his regular style of play on the Lakers.

Parsons is not twice as good as Ariza...

But that's what he's getting paid.

I wouldn't call him shit tier but the dude is pretty mediocre. Shit tier is reserve for pg like raymond felton lol.
