I just searched for the thread but couldn't find it, hopefully someone can post the link. Basically a very well known poster at the time posted pictures of himself (I think in a thread meant for doing that), his apartment, etc. and not only were they fakes, but they were fakes that could easily be found by googling a generic title for the image and it would be one of the first results. For instance his supposed luxurious apartment on the East River could be found by googling 'East River apartment.' The icing on the cake was that the picture that he posted as himself could be found by googling "handsome man."

It was such an epic fail and the guy took probably the worst beating I've seen on a board. There were pages of just the 'rolling lol' icons.

It was a vicious online beating, it was hard to look at. Thing is he kept trying to reply to reply to every single comment and with every new page he was fighting a losing battle. Then people dug up a long and sad history of him making threads and using his alt to support himself with smileys and applauses, and he proceeded to have a very severe meltdown, i can't remember the names of his two alts that got exposed but his meltdown was severe enough that his threads had to be removed because he started posting horrible things anyone remember what/who im talking about? This was like within the past year
