Thought we could find some of the best if not the best.

I give one to DeMar DeRozan. Was an all star last year and he's getting paid $9.5 million, only all-star to be paid under $10 million. It was the first year of a 4 year $38 million dollar contract (it was panned as a bad contract at the time) and it seems like he's going to improve even more in the following years.

Which other players have the best contracts in the NBA ?

I didn't. Just shocked at the coincidence. I mean, what are the odds?!

Derozan is overpaid, one of the worst bball IQs of all time. Has talent doe, so maybe there's some potential.

It depends on which criteria we're looking it. If for a team then Lebron and Kobe, because of the benefit they give to their teams money wise

Play level it's between Dirk, Dragic

Chandler Parsons. Can't believe the Rockets have him at just 900k, it's ridiculous.

I didn't specify, but you could break it off into two different sections if you like.

Dirk and it's not even close.

Before we found out he was basically getting 8.3 million per on his new deal, I would have had to think about it... but now there's no thinking required.

Dirk ****ing Nowitzki.

Would you take 1 Melo level player at ~20 per or would you take 3 Dirk level players at 24 per year total? rofl...

I believe it was on rookie scale.

checking and EDIT: Yup. Second rounder rookie contract. That's why he was so cheap.

I'd take one LeBron over 3 Dirks

LeBron has the best contract in the NBA by a fair margin

False. Paul Millsap was paid $9.5mil last year as well, (and will be again this year). He should also be mentioned in this thread.

He's joking, because the Rockets chose NOT to pick him up for another year at that salary and in doing so lost him for this season for nothing.

^Thanks for the correction.

Both DeMar and Paul got payed the same last year and have impressive durability.

Curry, Nowitzki, Dragic are the top 3 of the non-rookie deals..also Kevin Durant made just 17.8 mil last season...pretty good if you ask me...lebron at 20ish is great too...

Dirk's new deal 3y/25m
Taj Gibson will make 8m next season - he'd easily make 10m as a free agent
DPOY and 1st Team All-NBA Joakim Noah making 12.2m next season
Tony Parker at 12.5m
Tim Duncan at 10.3m
Steph Curry at 10.6m
DeMar at 9.5m

Al Jefferson @13.5 per year roughly. It was a slight overpay for Charlotte at first, but he brings some dignity to the franchise.
