Only nine teams had cap space that can bid for Carlos Boozer. Which team will be it?

Nine teams, by my count, have enough cap space to put in post-amnesty bids for Carlos Boozer: ATL, CHA, HOU, LAL, MIL, ORL, PHI, PHX & UTAH

If the Hawks don't bid for Boozer then we may still be looking at Greg Monroe.

Can't wait to see which lucky team gets him. He's good for punching refs in the dick and 5-6 screams a game.

That gif :oldlol:

Anyway, Houston might as well pick him up. He can be poormans CB4. They at least need some1 to play that position.

Orlando could use another 6 or 7 power forwards on their roster....

Houston needed this badly to compensate on their bad offseason.

Isn't he good for the minimum salary?

From that list Houston is his best choice if he wants to win.

He doesn't get to pick if any of those teams bid on him. Winning bid gets him. Chicago will owe him the difference, off the books of course.

He's worth way more than the minimum. He averaged 14/8 in 28 minutes last season. Open market he could probably get 5-7m, he's still a quality player. Houston would be a pretty good fit next to Dwight though.

12 and 7 as a 2nd year player not good enough for you?

Suns gonna pick this up. They are short of players to play in the front court anyway. Outside of Markieff and Miles, their current front court is whack. They need a veteran or two there, especially since Frye is gone.

I would love for the Rockets to pick up Boozer.

He could average way more than that too. He got low minutes for Taj's development.

Teams would be silly to pass on this opportunity.

Would not mind him and the rumor about nelson

Bev/Nelson
Harden/Daniels
Ariza/Pappa
Boozer/Jones
Dwight/Vet min/Dorsey

On paper that is as good as last seasons team but still not a threat to the Spurs..Ariza can cover most of Parsons output. Nelson and lin is a wash.Asik is the issue. We need someone like Oneal or Okafor to fill in for him.

Can't see why they would. They look like they want to rent their capspace to a team for a few more draft picks like with Golden State last year, rather than getting Boozer for nothing.

Dragic would turn Boozer into Malone 2.0

Do it Ryan!
