i.e. with above average D and who shoot 37+% from three. :coleman:

Ariza is always the first one to come to my mind when I think 3&D

Ariza, Klay, Parsons, Afflalo, Batum, Green, Kawaii.. they're a few of them.. not sure on their exact 3pt shooting % but I'd imagine all those guys would be there. Some of those dudes are more than just 3+D though.

Look at what I added. Must of added it as you posted. OP just stated 37% and above average D which all those guys are. Added Danny Green too.

Tony Snell will be a solid 3 & D this coming season.

Bruce Bowen and Danny Green are the quintessential 3&D guys. They can't handle the ball or pass very well (horrible in Bowen's case), but they are two great defenders (I liked Green's defense more than I liked Kawhi's last year come Playoff time), and they can hit 3s as well as anyone.
Guys like Klay, Boris, Parsons etc can do a lot more.
Sefolosha.. but i dunno why he sucked this season..
Most are mentioned..... does Lebron count or are we talking about guys who strictly do those two things, like Bowen or something...

OP said they need to shoot at least 37%. That eliminates Brickbe.

Wes Matthews comes to my mind, but I feel like 16 PPG is too much for a "3&D" guy.

Avery Bradley?
More like a long 2 & D guy

based on the criteria in the OP, wes johnson. i hope the lakers retain him this summer, though reports are saying they wont. he's been underwhelming in all his nba stops, but i feel if you put him in a good starting 5 as the 5th option, he'll produce for you. pretty good defender of the 1-4. shot the 3 at 37%, but needs to learn to put the ball on the floor and attack the basket better

Jodie Meeks is another that comes to mind.
haha jodie, bless his heart, is more of a 3 and try to D, guy. hes been destroyed by bigger 2 guards in his day.

He did, but it feels like he takes more midrange than 3s
