Jeff angered by the drawn out process stated that for the first 2 years CF86 would be confined to the Clippers sub forum, banned from posting in other sections.

I posted this in the other thread, and it still rings true. This theory is probably key to why we are still in no mans land with regards to Clippersfan86's case.


Im 100% sure Jeff is aware of this thread. His silence indicates he has yet to make a decision either way. I would wager that he would prefer to allow CF86 to be forgiven and to return, but he is probably wary of the domino effect it will have. Remember if he reinstates CF86 he will have bowed to public pressure, and that is not a way to run a forum. He wont be able to permanently ban anyone without them using the CF86 case to campaign to be let back in.

I have yet to see someone post serious pornography and then make a return, so it would be a first. It is a very interesting situation for sure, and it will give us a glimpse into the future of ISH from a forum law standpoint
