one year deals can lead to some good motivation. Stuckey and Miles is a decent SG duo. But Lance was the clutch heart of that team. I just don't see them being top 3 in the East anymore with Cavs and Bulls clearly at the top and Toronto, Wizards and a few others getting better with age.

any info on the $? I think he will do very well there (perhaps back to his late rookie/soph peak), particularly if he is used similarly to lance as a creator with the second unit. Stuckey is a better player than he is given credit for, but his outside shot is the suck.

We can't refuse to pay the tax, only get serious about extensions/re-signings once our backs are against the financial wall, and expect to actually win a title someday.

Cool, we'll probably win 50ish games, make the 2nd round, maybe the ECF again depending on the matchup. Then go home after the 3rd round. Again. For the 8th time in 21 years.

And before anyone says it, yes, I understand a lot of teams would kill for that type of success over the last couple decades. Be a fan of a team that does it basically your entire adult life, being "pretty good" gets old. Win the damn thing.
