Westbrook dominated CP3 and Parker in ways I have never seen.

Parker faked an injury just to avoid guarding Westbrook.
CP3 would rather guard Durant than Westbrook.

Easily? No.

The best? Yes.

CP3 dickriders avoiding reality like the plague

I actually agree with this crap. He's not the best PG, but he's the best basketball player at the position.

OKC has had pretty good teams over the years, not to mention playing alongside Durant. So I'd imagine if he really was the best they would have a ring. He strikes me as your typical crash and burn scoring guard whose body will give out in his early 30s, late 20s.

Being a PG consist of passing, creating for teammates, run plays. He is not. Curry is better at scoring and passing. Next!

so why wasn't Curry able to demolish the Clippers in all 3 facets of the game like Westbrook did

maybe straight forward and laterally.

I am uncertain about his diagonal skills as a PG at this stage of his career.

joy sticks.

Warriors should've won vs Clippers and Grizzlies should've won vs Thunder. Rigged! We all witnessed it.

only like 1 game you could say was rigged in the okc series "not counting yall getting pissy over randolph suspension"

and in the lac/warriors series there were like 2 so yeah I'll agree with you there.

sorry man I love Curry, I just think he is 2nd best PG in the league right now. Again, I love this man, but the intensity Westbrook brings on the glass and on defense is just a clear notch above what Curry is able to provide.

Well he's EASILY the 3rd best player in the NBA right now, but that's not saying too much because it's a bit of a weak era for superstars. The league is stacked throughout though.

He's the best player who happens to be playing the PG position on his team, but he's not the best PG. He's not even a PG.

Westbrook is the best PG in the league, idk about easily but he impacts the game the most. His defense is elite, hes quick, explosive, can shoot at current hot streaks and can drive like no other.

Westbrook
Cp3/Curry

russell is nowhere near smart enough to be a great PG. good point guards are smart players that can really orchestrate the game for their team.

magic, stockton, nash, kidd, CP3... high IQ players that understand the game, the flow, the rythm, their team-needs...

russ is a superb athlete, an outstanding competitor... but not a floor general of any kind. if you wanna run point successfully, you need more brains than RW!

No.

He is the best PG in my mind, but it's close.

And if somebody said Chris Paul, i'd try to argue with them a little but if they don't change their mind it's all good.

An unselfish Kobe (a-lah 2013 reg season) is arguably the best point guard in the league.

postmupndunkit
07-17-2014, 02:02 PM
He is not the BEST nor a PURE point guard, he is one of the league's TOP TEN HYBRID guard.

lakerfreak
07-17-2014, 02:36 PM
Well, he has the potential and skills to be. He should build on those.
