If you look at his games at Kansas, he has the amazing ability to be a game changer, or completely destroy his team from within.

When he has an off night, he doesn't stop shooting or attempt to get his teammates involved.

I just think if he gets traded to Minny and gets frustrated (I see him as mentally soft) then his career may be over before it begins.
