View Full Version : Cavs are making the same mistake with Lebron as before...

When Lebron was there previously, they let him do whatever he wanted to do. Lebron answered to no one. If he wanted all his buddies in the locker room and on the team plane, they were there. If he wanted specific players, they got them. He was given full control and not only did he use it, he abused it.
Once again, they are letting him do whatever he wants by shipping out Wiggins for Love. If Wiggins turns into a superstar, it will be the second time Lebron has completely ruined this franchise. Wiggins, IMO, has way too much potential to trade away. Lebron seems threatened by Wiggins, and he can't hack it playing on a team without a 2nd proven superstar.
Why are the Cavs doing this to themselves? :facepalm

I agree they shouldn't let Lebron run the team, but this happens to be a case in which the Cavs should be trading Wiggins for Love...it's ****ing obvious.
So perhaps one of the most poorly run teams needs someone to force their hand here...

exactly, this isn't Lebron saying he wants someone who's just a friend and an iffy choice, this is Lebron asking for the best available player right now

Would be funny if Love turned into Heat Bosh with less defense but more rebounding.
I mean, can you look up what Chris Bosh averaged BEFORE he joined Miami?

Big 3 of LeBron/Love/Irving > chance that wiggins might be really good years from now.

Well he has monster stats just afraid he turns into Bosh on Cavs.. If he averaged 20 and 10 , Irving 18 and 8, and Lebron 25,7,7 Cavs would be deadly.

One thing Danny Ferry didn't let Lebron do was recruit players. He signed Jamison and Shaq. This time Lebron wants to be the one hand picking players. And I think he'll at least do a better job than Ferry did, even if he gets rid of Wiggins

Lebron got no time for this new Cavs to 'click'
He wants to win now and win plenty
Love+Irving is a fairly safe bet

Oh, that same mistake of adding a top 10 player to help him out? Yeah, i remember when they kept doing that during his first tenure. Oh wait........:coleman:
