I have used bodybuilding.com's in house supplements and they are all amazing.

haven't yet used their protein though.

I have used their proprietary formula for synthetic horse semen. Its not bad but I prefer the real thing so I switched back.

There are a large amount of factors that make prison inmates large.

They live in a much more hostile, dangerous, and testosterone filled place than you and I. Of course naturally, their testosterone levels will be higher too. Muscle growth is something that will happen due to this, particularly when all they do is workout.

Regular humans don't have these stresses. So protein is a must, especially in large amounts if you want to build muscle.
