East has a chance IMO to have 4 teams with 50+ wins Cavs,Bulls,Pacers and Heat with Hornets,Raptors,Wizards all with a chance for 45+.. East looking a lot better than it was and closes the gap with the west.

How do the Rockets finish in the top 5 when they've only gotten worse in the off-season and finished like 6-7th overall last year? Meanwhile all the other teams got better.
EDIT: Maybe yours isn't in order.

Switch Cavs with the Clippers and Add Wizards instead of Grizzlies and I am good with that.

Same shit was being said last year about the Heat, Pacers, Knicks, Bulls, and Nets. Until it happens, I'm not buying it for a second.

Bulls and Nets lost both their star player, in Rose and Lopez. Bulls were going to tank when they traded Deng. Nets also had to switch coaches and change lineups constantly, while the Knicks had injuries all year long but was a flawed to team begin with.
It wouldn't have been better the overall than the West and it probably won't be that close this time around either, but it would have been more competitive if they were healthy last year. Same thing this time around too, everything depends on health.
