View Full Version : Does anyone here perform Astral Projection?

Came so close to it last night.

My body felt like I had smoked about 100 pounds of weed and I was hallucinating. I imagined by girl sucking my dick but it was hard to maintain it and it lasted for a few secs. Then I broke my relaxation and it stopped. But I was able to do it again in the next 30 secs and I was surrounded by a haunted forest which really freaked me out and I ended up falling asleep and never got the out of body experience.

So close. :(. All I had to do was literally sit up while staying 100% relaxed, but I think I had sleep paralysis or I was just really freaked out.

I one day want to get this experience under my belt. It was so amazing last night because I had no idea what was going on and I felt amazing, like I was soaring through the sky. I wonder what actual Astral Projection feels like. I was 1 step from it. :(

Funny thing is, I'm not religious. I am cognistic and didn't believe Astral Projection till last night. I don't think it has to do with a soul, but something else like the pineal gland producing DMT.

I don't get the GIF, but all it is is lucid dreaming. You dream while you are still awake. Imagine that.

that's not what astral projection is, people who believe in astral projection believe they are reaching another plain of existence.

What was your technique? Did you listen to any hypnosis or meditation tapes? I listened to a hypnosis one and I was only able to make to space. It was quite an experience though. As I was flying through the air I could look down and see my entire neighborhood in complete detail.

It does not require the usage of drugs. Those who are laughing at AP obviously have never tried it or have tried it but failed miserably.

I believe the astral plane is real, although I have never attempted to go there, and probably never will. The idea of separating my consciousness from my physical body kind of freaks me out.

The majority of accounts I have read about talk about "the silver cord". If you didn't see the cord then it probably wasn't the astral plane.

The silver chord is your soul's attachment to the living body, if it is ever cut it is impossible to come back, you're dead.

Come on, man. :kobe:

Why do you believe this? Any reason?
The countless reports of it that are all the same story, most have the same details. I'm sure there are some BS astral plane stories out there, but others seem legit IMO. They also go hand in hand with NDE accounts as well who talk about the different levels or dimensions in the after life and talk about the astral plane as being the first dimension that you pass through, they talk about like a realm between the physical world and the spiritual world, kind of like a waiting area or something that spirits use temporarily.

Most reports of alien abductions sound identical. Do you also believe in grey aliens visiting us?
I certainly don't rule it out as a possibility but they don't flat line in order to see what they claim. Also the astral plane is not something found in pop culture, there isn't much motive to making up a astral story although I am sure it happens. Alien abduction stories can be written off as attention seeking in most cases.

There is also very strong scientific evidence to support "remote viewing"

http://www.ics.uci.edu/~jutts/air.pdf

^^^ they don't touch on the astral plane here but they do make it clear that humans are capable of seeing things where their physical bodies are not located. Your consciousness and your physical body CAN be separated.

i had an experience once where i had an astral projection and had sex with this virgin chick in the middle east and got her pregnant. some carpenter dude married her before giving birth to our son and adopted the kid. he taught the kid to become a carpenter but apparently the kid ended up become a preacher or something. i heard he went on to do some awesome things when he grew up but he died in his 30s after getting executed for no good reason :(

You mean aside from it being ridiculous and without any proof of being even remotely feasible?
There is no proof of life outside of Earth, so is that concept ridiculous to you as well?

there is plenty of evidence to suggest it is a reality

you should read up (http://www.collective-evolution.com/2013/08/08/shocking-discoveries-made-studies-confirm-the-reality-of-remote-viewing/)

You mean from a scientific standpoint? Of course not, science can't answer 99% of what goes in the mind.

We project our consciousness into different dimensions when we dream, so it's not far fetch we can astral project and remote view under certain conditions, and no, you can't rely on science to explain this sh*t. I've tried it myself and had a few out of body experiences. It is a personal truth to me, and also to millions of others who have tried it. Maybe you should try it yourself before calling it ridiculous.

My cousin claims that she can.

When she was about 8 years old, while her mom (my aunt) was at the hospital giving birth, my cousin was at our grandma's house. She woke up crying and told my grandma that her mom's spirit tried to leave her body but that she asked her to stay and that she was ok now. Obviously this upset my grandma and she called relatives who were at the hospital and they did confirm to her that she had complications and was clinically dead for about a minute. My aunt has no recollection of this but my cousin has given us details about the doctors and the surgery room were her c section was performed. Needless to say, that spooked our family. I didn't know what to make of it, maybe she had a nightmare and all that was was a coincidence.

When we were in our 20's, we shared an apartment in California. One Friday night, we were sitting around having a few drinks and shooting the shit and we talked about that incident. She told us that she could sense stuff like spirits and such, she can't see them or communicate with them but she can sense supernatural things. Obviously, I'm a huge skeptic, so I challenged her to get out of her body and describe the shirt I'd wear to bed that night. I was positive I would expose her and she really couldn't do any of the stuff she claims. When I was in my room, I went through my closet and found an old shirt I hardly ever wore, I can still remember it, it was an old raggedy black t shirt that had Jordan flanked by Pippen and Grant with the heading "Triple Threat". I made sure I locked the door, it was one of those door knobs that had no key hole on the outside and to lock it, you had to from inside the room. Before I went to sleep, I popped in the DVD player some porn and fapped away and fell asleep with my underware around my ankles.

Well, the next morning I changed my shirt and I kind of forgotten about our bet since we were all a bit drunk the night before. Before I could say something she said with a sly look, ''you were wearing an old Bulls shirt and you might want to sleep with your underware on next time''. It took me about a second or two to process what she said but my mind was blown, and I was embarrassed as hell. Honestly, still don't know what to believe.

It's not a coincidence...the story you are telling has been told thousands of times by others, it's called a "near-death-experience". You should read up on other stories they are fascinating and go beyond scientific explanation, just like yours does.

Your cousin being able to remote view is another story though, you should challenge her again, if that was my cousin I would kidnap her and run experiments, got to be a way to make loot with that talent :lol

My aunt doesn't remember anything though, is that a bad sign? She isn't very religious, maybe nothingness is some sort of hell? I have no idea. I've heard from people who were clinically dead talk about a bright light and a sense of peace and being in the prescence of God. I've also heard those who supposedly were in hell, feeling overwhelming sadness, torment and desesperation etc. My aunt didn't experience any of that.

On my cousin, she says she can control her out of body experiences, she is reluctant on doing it but yeah, there's gotta be a way to get rich off of that :lol

It's not a bad sign the majority of people that experience clinical death comes back with no memory of anything. That isn't a "hell". Some of them talk about what is known as the " void" but they definitely remember it.
