So Cavs fans have less money to spend and instead have a worthless basketball jersey probably made somewhere in Asia?

(note: spending your money on worthless junk doesn't make you richer dumbass)

Who's to say these jersey's will not be collector items in the future, worth even more money?

Who's to say they will? Fact that so many have been sold points to them certainly not being remotely valuable for a loooong time. Hardly the boost to the local economy OP suggests.

They were talking about this yesterday that LeBron "indecision" on a number is hurting retailers because they can't ship out the jerseys that just have 00 on them or no number.

Collectors items being worth more money in the future is a thing of the past. The internet and a worldwide marketplace wiped that out. A jersey you buy at stores or the internet will never become a collectors item because there are thousands of them being made and you'll always be able to find

I hope this post is entirely a joke. Or do you really not understand how Lebron being in Cleveland helps the local economy?
