Cavs G/F Andrew Wiggins has not been made available to Wolves or anyone, multiple league sources tell @CSNNW. They're not budging right now.


So is the initial rumor a plant, or is this one a plant?

Nas had it wrong, it IS hard to tell...

Cavs probably were willing to offer Wiggins, but retracted when they saw how much the Wolves wanted. Can't have lingering rumors if Wiggins is gonna play for them a bit (morale issues).

When the cavs begin struggling, and Lebron "starts getting tested", this trade happens in a heart beat.

I think it makes sense for the Cavs to give him a shot. If Bennett shows catch-and-shoot ability and Wiggins shows the kind of defensive ability he's considered to have, I don't see any reason to trade either of them.

Realistically, can you imagine the lineups that they can throw out there? Does anyone have enough defenders to guard a Kyrie-Waiters-LeBron-Bennett-Corpse lineup? Can you switch Wiggins in there and HIDE LeBron on defense on the worst 2/3/4 matchup there is?

I'll be disappointed if the Cavs trade for Love personally, because I'm much more interested in watching LeBron mesh with the players they have. I'd rather see them put together a great offer for a proper centre (which is a bigger need).
