For the most part, the west has improved from top to bottom. You still have your elite teams that will hit about 55 wins each, but for the bottom 4 teams in the playoffs, theyre going to have some competition. meaning theyll lose games theyd normally win last season. its what happens

so dont be surprised if the 8th seed gets in at around 43+ wins.
