Overall Houston lost Parsons, Lin, Asik, and 1st round pick while adding Ariza and a 1st round pick. If I missed any other moves, please let me know.

They gambled trying to score an impact player like LeBron, then it looked like they had Bosh all wrapped up only to see him return to Mia.

How much a downgrade is Ariza? Who steps up to fill the roles of Lin and Asik? Did they take a step back or can they still compete for a championship?

Agreed. We gave up too many pieces in hopes of landing somebody big, and it backfired. Worst of all is keeping McHale.
