Arms are to short. He will always be mismatched at his position, especially as his athleticism declines.

This.

As long as OKC have Ibaka, LAC ain't getting past them.

It's getting crazy in here. If Lebron never entered the NBA, Griffin would still never be the best player in the NBA.

I thought he already improved his jumpshot a lot this year? If he improves a lot more again he'd be a better jump shooter than LeBron. Not enough to pass LeBron, but I predict that Blake will improve again this year while LeBron regresses slightly. Durant will be scary this year.

His defense is pretty bad

Not really, i'd say its pretty mediocre, but not bad. He will never be a good rim protector because of his wingspan.

The biggest difference is that LeBron is a top 5 passer in the league. Blake is a good passer for a big, but LeBron is on another level.

LeFraud is only good at passing to spot-up shooters.
He can't run an offense like CP3 and Rondo.

Blake basically put his season averages up against OKC, though?

By the time that happens sure, he'll surpass LeBron because LeBron will be like 40

And BG needs to be a more consistent playoffs performer.

I strongly support the OP's premise. :applause:

People really saying Griffin's defense is bad?

He's not a top defender, but he's not bad on defense at all.

He had one bad playoff series and he had an injured hamstring.

2/3 good playoffs runs isn't consistent?

I am surprised no one has said that he all he knows to do is dunk, that's the typical answer to any question about Griffin.

I always thought that was a funny statement.

"All he can do is dunk"

Like dunking is a less efficient way of scoring then fade-away three pointers or something.

no pun intended

If Anthony Davis makes a huge improvement on his jumpshot. He surpases Lebron.

Fixed that for you.

he probably won't even be a top 5 player next season
I fully expect LeBron, Durant, CP3, Davis, Kobe, Westbrook.
For that matter, I don't understand why is he so much better than Al Jefferson in everybody's eyes
