Yeah tbh, when you start lifting and get lean and under 10% body fat. You do tend to see veins like that sticking out.

But as someone previously said, its deoxygenated blood.

The question OP should be asking is why does T-mac have a vein popping out so absurdly only on one side of the body when it's almost invisible on the other side.

Direct answer to the OP question is, well because he is a human and every human being has that vein and it's just a matter of BF% and genetics how visible those veins are.
