Mine's 05-06

Dude was pure ownage. The type of ownage you know is ALL show and entertainment. Its like knowing something has potential but you know will never reach the top. Good eye candy though!

'09 playoff season. Did a thread comparing his and LeBron's 2-peat's awhile back and that run was crazy.

I'm gonna say 08, he was incredible up until the last 2/3 games against Boston. Either that year 01, or 03.

that season when they lost to the Suns in the first round.

my memory tells me that I would have remained a Lakers fan even had Kobe eventually got shipped later on.

supporting the decision to keep Kobe over Shaq, is/was not nessecarily an easy one as well as one that was being fond of even by other Lakers fan.

2006

Kobe was beasting that year especially against the Suns in the playoffs and his team was up 3-1. It was basically Kobe vs the Suns and the Lakers' next best player was Luke Walton!

HGHbe in 03 was a beast. My favorite to watch.

2008. Even before Gasol comes in, he was leading the team, making his teammates better and leading the West.
He was still as good at scoring like 06 and 07 but he was focus on winning as a group and not just individually.
His defense was good as well and that first team all defense was actually deserved.

either 01 10 or 13

01 just was plainly incredible at his age.
10 seeing how he got every injury possible that year ant still lead the team to a title it's incredible. Suns WCF is one of the greatest all-time
13 just a monstrous performance at his age and mileage, dragged the team on the back to the playoffs

The one where he shot better than 46%

Oh wait..

In seasons where Kobe shot 46% or above he won 4 rings, a scoring title, 7 all star games, a FMVP, All NBA x7, All Defensive x5 and averaged 26.5/5.7/5.2. HOF resume.

To answer the question; 2006, 2001, 2003, 2009, 2007. 2006 because he was a monster offensively, 2001 because he really became Kobe that year, 2003 because of the 40 point streak and the game vs TMac where they both scored 38, 2009 because he was playing like MVP while leading his team to the ring and 2007 because of the 50 and 60 point games

This is a myth I've heard too many times, odom was better averaging 15 & 10 for l.a and 17 & 10 before he came there, also in the playoffs that year he had 19 11 5 yeah what a scrub

Hard to choose.

I remember that 60 point game in MSG which I believe was 2010, Pau had 30 that game also. Incredible moment to see 2 guys absolutely dominate on that
level.

09 is probably my favorite. I've never seen a more focused, angry, pissed off competitor in my life. He was so determined to win a ring without Shaq, and after 08 having been so close you could tell he was only focused on getting back & winning.

03, 06, 07 we saw some of the goat scoring streaks of all time, but I prefer the Lakers winning championships over scoring stretches. Still exciting to watch though.

I swear he didn't smile until the season was over, the guy scores
40 in the finals wins the game and was mad as hell at the press conference.

I remember that very well. That was game one of the finals and I was at a bar that had a lot of kobe fans in laker jerseys enjoying the blowout. Probably had his best finals that year as well

2010, I remember that series against Phoenix where he just couldn't miss. He also hit a ton of game winners that year during the regular season, like the one where he banked a three in Wade's face  Best part was the fact that the Lakers and Celtics met in the Finals for an epic series.
