pretty douchey if you ask me.
Most tattoos look dumb, and they only look dumber with age.
The one on the bottom is done better, but the stupid lettering takes away from the image. Totally ruins the aesthetics.

I would grade your tats as a 7.5/10, they are above average to me
They aren't elite high quality artwork or anything, however they aren't "ugly" and the vast majority of tats out there are exactly that..."UGLY". Your work is decent quality, it wasn't done poorly or to the point you should be thinking about cover up work or removal. They look "good" (they don't give me a douche vibe at all either like some tribal shit would)
I have no tats but I am a fan of high quality tat work and I do follow the scene a little bit just for the simple fact that I love awesome art and the tat world is full of awesome and fun art.
these two guys do 10/10 work:

How is the vitruvian man a personal tattoo?
What it says is a message my grandma told me one time out of the blue that rang home in a time of need. It's hard to explain but it had a profound impact on me. I was about 17 or 18

I guess if you have a reason, but I'd find it hard to believe the Vitruvian man is the best representation of whatever happened to you
Edit: Also, knowing the translation I really don't get it. Good quote though I like it

It represents a dichotomy really.
My grandmothers's words represents the unique individuality we all harbor to some nuanced degree and Ive always seen Vitruvian sketch as a blueprint for mankind, a form that encompasses our species more or less

Too many arms and legs. Plus those words aren't in English. 2/10
