Good is good, but great is better. Is awesome better than great? Is super fcuking sweet better than terrific? What's the top level of goodness?

There are no levels. Good, great, awesome and terrific are all the same. When something is good it is just that, great, awesome or terrific.

The idea that you want to have levels of goodness is stupid. Another way to say, I had a better day than you. You had a good day but I had an awesome day.

This is a productive thread. We don't need your trolling and negativity.

If great and awesome and super ****ing sweet and terrific are superior to good, then how are they "levels" of good. They are seperate metrics entirely.

I think what you mean to say, OP, is levels of positivity.

On a quasi-related note, I remember KidRock once philosophized on the pecking order of celebrity:

"You have your models and fashion designers. In front of them are athletes, and in front of athletes are actors/entertainers. Rock stars are above that, and the only thing above Rock Star, is Michael Jordan."

No such thing as levels of positivity. It is either positive or negative. Throwing an adjective is not going to change it.

If you find $20 on the ground and I find $100,000 I think the levels of dopamine released in our brains would vary correspondingly. Would the resultant feelings not be two different degrees of positivity?
