Sure, the Japanese Army Chief of Staff committed suicide, so what? It only means that he would rather die than surrender. Can you justify extrapolating that to the whole Japanese military and the population of Japan?
Please. stop acting as if that was the only example. What about kamikaze pilots? What about the civilians who committed suicide rather than surrender to US forces because they were brainwashed? And that wasn't even regarding mainland Japan. They would have fought tooth and nail defending, and it would have been the bloodiest confrontation of the entire war IMO.
the final line of hirohito's speech to japan announcing the surrender says much of the japanese views on surrender
"However, it is according to the dictates of time and fate that We have resolved to pave the way for a grand peace for all the generations to come by enduring the unendurable and suffering what is unsufferable."
a point on all the surrender talk is that the military did not want the war to end so he did not make the speech live
"The speech was not broadcast directly, but was replayed from a phonograph recording made in the Imperial palace on either August 13 or 14, 1945. Many elements of the Japanese military were extremely angry at the idea that Hirohito was going to end the war, as they believed that this was dishonourable. Consequently, as many as one thousand officers attempted to raid the Imperial palace on the evening of August 14, in order to destroy the recording. The recording was successfully smuggled out of the palace in a laundry basket of women's underwear and broadcast the following day, although another attempt was made to stop it from being played at the radio station."

People sure do love their conspiracy theories. The fact that they have absolutely no evidence at all is no deterrent.
If the US bombed Japan after they tried to surrender where are the Japanese officials protesting? Why haven't they said "We were trying to surrender but the US bombed us anyway. Here is the proof." ?
