Brooklyn has KG as a trade asset. Knicks have bargs and Amare on the last year of their deal. Hawks still have some cap space. I'm tired of the west being 10 deep while the east has 4-5 good teams.

The east is pathetic, only way they can compete with the west is forming superteams in Heat and Celtics.

:facepalm

I do think the Knicks have some options with Amar'e/Bargs though.

West > East

Defense is not much better in the east, but rebounding and scoring are clearly much better in the west.

the top 16 teams should make the playoffs, regardless of conference.

The East doesn't even have 4-5 good teams anymore. I'm not sure they did even before the Paul George injury. And I'm talking about "good" relative to the West. Maybe the Raptors take the collective leap and surprise, but right now the East is pretty much going to be the Cavs and Bulls. Maybe the Heat, too, but I'm not sure this version of the Heat would be any better than a 6-8 seed in the West.

Stop overrating the raptors.

KG was an asset in 2009. Not so much now.

I'm hoping KG can be moved for David West or Zbo if the grizz aren't in playoff contention.
