This is actually pretty important..we're talking (arguably but probably) the 2 best shooters in the NBA finally being put into a high-quality system.

Warriors for the past few years have been a team most people like to watch, but always dismiss in the actual championship conversation..if they actually develop a structured offense that makes things easier for everyone..they could be legit contenders this year. It's just scary thinking about Curry and Thompson getting more spacing and being freed up on the perimeter. Then you have guys like Iggy, Barnes, Livingston, Crawford...

Anyway I'm just happy that we have a really good team, we've literally only had like 3, maybe 4 good teams since the mid 70s. WCF lock :pimp:

They also have Iggy, Lee, Bogut, Barnes, Livingston, Green, Crawford, Rush, etc. to go with a top 3 PG and a top 3 SG. They're ****ing loaded, and now they're getting a legit offensive system.

Dirk Nowitzki & Jason Terry...

Mavericks' 2 best players when they won the 2011 championship. Dirk led the way averaging 27 ppg and Terry averaged 17.

Pretty much. The fact that we were a middle of the pack offensive team last year is indicative of Jacksons ineptitude on that end of the floor. I'm really excited for this upcoming season, hopefully Kerr does a solid job and people shouldn't be surprised with a very deep playoff run.

People underrate us defensively too, top 3 defensive team last season. Hopefully that can stay at similar level.

Having seen plenty of Coach Nick's videos....dont buy into the hype. You never know how much translates in real nba games.

Plus he's a warriors homer.

For the amount of offensive talent that we have we should be much better offensively. Defense isn't an issue at all, in fact it's a strength when this team is healthy (namely Bogut)

Chandler was the Mavs' second best player if you include the regular season. He anchored the defense and fed off the defense as well as I've seen anyone. He basically shot .700 TS% in the reg.

Can't rely on jump shooters winning 16 playoff games.

Need a little more depth but I can see them making it to the WCF IF healthy. Big IF.

Warriors offense would get into a lull more often than it should of from what I've watched. Then it would become Curry chucking 30 footers to try get some points on the board.

A system with that kind of offensive talent, and particularly those skilled passers, would be unreal. Pop with this roster would average 130 ppg. Now Kerr isn't Pop (probably), but it's obvious from listening to him that Pop is who primary influence in coaching.

Top 3 defense last year, but top 15 offense. Jackson was terrible on offense

I always thought warriors had the most talented roster in the L and was always surprised they weren't better.

Maybe Kerr will be the guy.

The reason they will do better is they won't have mark Jackson anymore..

Kerr as a 3 point shooter himself in the day, will know how to utlise his 3 point shooters and create plays to get them into space.

Only thing they need now is a healthy bogut in the playoffs.

Mark Jackson was a good defensive coach, but he didn't really seem to implement a real offensive system. I think Kerr will be able to take their offense to the next level.

When was offense the problem

Um, last year? Well it wasn't really a problem, but their defense was much better than their offense.
