Just a note though, it's a disgrace that not only has Hakeem not been voted in yet (which isn't a huge deal, since momentum is everything in these polls), but has received limited support (which is much less justifiable). I think we're giving too much weight to accolades if he's dropping this far.

I started watching in 92-93, and Hakeem/Shaq were the best two players I've seen live. I of course missed peak MJ (though I've made a point of watching as much tape of him and other older players as much as I can), but those guys were monsters (and besides, Jordan was already voted in, so he's a nonissue).

1-2: Jordan/Kareem

3-5: Bird/Magic/Russell

6-8: Wilt/Shaq/Duncan

11-12: Hakeem/Big O

13-15: West/Moses/Robinson
