Before Shaq had Kobe he had Penny. Penny was 1st team all NBA in 95 & 96. Shaq was 2nd team all nba in 95, and 3rd team all nba in 96 & won 0 rings with 1 finals made.
After Kobe had Shaq he had Gasol. Gasol was 3rd team all nba in 09 & 10 while Kobe was 1st team both years & won 2 rings with 3 finals made.
