Guy will be heading into Wilt territory without having f*cked all the b*tches. No wonder he is going emo.

So him winning a ring would be overachieving and put him as the undisputable GOAT right?

3 finals losses and various disappearing acts has sealed the GOAT door closed. Not hating, just facts. He could never win an argument vs Jordan who is 6/6.

Logically impossible.

LeBron needs to get his head together and focus on the Kobe Duncan level. If he has good longevity he might catch Bird, but he cannot be top five, ever.

I hope he wins at least one more. I think it'll be such a ****ing shame if an all time great player can't win often. Skill and impact wise he may not be the best, but the guys an all time legendary great.

I hate LeBron, and think he's not even top 15, but making the finals is an achievement in itself.

If Jordan became the GOAT after only winning 1 game in 9 attempts in three first round losses, I don't why Lebron would lose his GOAT eligibility after losing three times in the finals. Losing the the finals is much more impressive than going home in the first round, which by the way, Lebron has never done.

The 6/6 argument is moronic. It completely overlooks the 9 times he failed to make the finals at all.

Saying Lebron could never win an argument against Jordan, who is 6/6, is short sighted. What if Lebron wins 6? Then he would be at worst 6/9, which would be far more impressive than 6/6.

Next two years make or break his legacy I think.

If he can't win in the next two years, he's not going to be in the top 3 IMO. He will be 32/turning 33 and will be on the downside of his career with a lot of mileage on his legs.

If OKC wins in the next year or two Durant will become the new hot sh*t NBA posterboy.

LeBron already has far too many Beta moments in his career to catch Jordan, even if he will 5 more titles.

-Getting swept
-Bronze medal
-8 point game and disappearance in the first Miami final
-bailed out by Ray
-cramp game
-quitting halfway thru game 5 this year

He can recover versus Bird, but MJ, Kareem, Russell, Magic and Wilt are beyond his reach (well Wilt depends on how you view stats), and some might even put Diesel and Larry still out of reach, though I don't.

No hate, just the reality of the situation.

:facepalm @ idiot OP.

He will not end up as the GOAT, but I would be surprised if he's not in the top 3-5 by the end of his career. Most people already have him in their top 10 and the guy is 29.

Yeah, somehow making the Finals and losing is considered worse than not making the Finals at all. It is pretty silly. Seems like people have gotten so caught up in the Jordan mythology that anyone who doesn't have a perfect Finals record ends up being considered a joke.

OP why all the hate? You have the best player on the planet right now on your team and you're hating on him more than before when he played for the Heat.
