You should be all for this. You could actually root for your hometown team.

As long as KD leaves okc I'll be happy. Okc fans are the worst and deserve to have their team contracted

In 2K or FIFA or Madden or any of those games if I do a career mode I try to go to a team that hasn't done much and take it to the top. I think it'd be tight to be the guy that turned the franchise around, or built it's pedigree.

But of course that's all with fake money and fake circumstances. No way this happens in real life.

Why Toronto if you're going to do that? Like half the current NBA franchises haven't won a championship.

Not sure on the cap, tho I don't think Toronto has much either, but you could go to New Orleans and team up with Unibrow. At some point those two will probably be the two best players in the NBA.

Cavs with LeBron and destroy the NBA as we know it. Which, frankly, would be hilarious if LeBron hasn't won one by then, Durant joins, and then they win. ISH would be unbearably addicting.

Clippers with CP3 and Blake. The Lakers don't seem to have anyone lined up right now to be the next star of LA, so it's conceivable that Durant could put the Clippers past the Lakers by a significant margin while he's there. There's Blake and CP3 stardom and then there's Durant. It would be game changer in the culture, imo.

Brooklyn and win one for the Ruskies.

Teams like Utah, Indiana, and Phoenix have been at it forever with some truly great teams and then stuff like Jordan and Donaghy happened.

Portland already has one but I would probably join them if I want to become some basketball franchise's savior. Consistently great fan base, good young foundation already, and a shit load of bad luck to makeup for.
