If they never sent it yeah, they aren't as bullet proof as I had been led to believe though. I once ordered something using paypal and ebay, got sent a totally different item. I was asked to send it back and told it was store policy that they would not reimburse me for the shipping costs (australia to the uk, was pretty pricy for the package). Contacted paypal saying I was happy to ship it back but not at a loss, paypal said too bad they won't refund it as the store would refund provided I paid the money to ship it out of my pocket.

Anyway I had about $500 worth of tools stolen from my garage once. I'm in a new area and I think some builders must have knocked them off while I was working in my backyard. Pretty dodgy happened in broad daylight while I had my garage open going back and forth to my yard with my Dad and brother in law both working there and 3 cars parked in the front yard.
