He's an avid passer and you can tell that he loves getting an assist almost as much as making a basket. He has vision but he's still inexperienced.

I think people still hold him to Linsanity, even subconsciously. If Lin was a late second round draft pick, Linsanity never happened, he bounced around and rode the bench for two years and was now playing solid minutes for just over two years he'd still be viewed as a good prospect/work in progress. But it's like he makes a mistake and everyone wants him sent to the D league. I saw Eric Gordon dribble off his own leg doing a behind the back and let his defender dive and get the ball before he did and ultimately ended in a layup the other way in a tight game. Man if Lin did that there would have been three new threads about how much he sucks.
