She works overnight at a hospital and just called me, crying her eyes out. They escorted her out of the building and told her not to come back. We have pictures of the miscarriage, documentation of the proof of pregnancy, and we will get documentation tomorrow or Thursday stating she is no longer pregnant.
Do we have any type of case here?

honestly i think OP is lying. firing someone, especially a nurse at a hospital is more a formal process then just telling someone to gtfo.

She's not a nurse. Read and comprehend, my friend.

Sounds like a potential wrongful termination action. I'd consult w/ an attorney if I were you.

I think he needs a psychiatrist way more than an attorney.

if what he says is true, which i have no idea, he needs to talk w/ a lawyer for sure. However I find that oftentimes in these wrongful termination situations there is always way more to the story, e.g., if she was really a good worker the company would never fire somebody for something like that. If she's skipped work a bunch of times, shown up late all the time, etc., then i could see why they didn't buy her story and canned her.

He's a crazy troll if you happened to read his previous thread about the miscarriage itself.

We have documentation stating she was 11 weeks pregnant. We have documentation stating she had a miscarriage. We have a note from a doctor stating her condition.
No need for them to "buy" anything.
From the looks of it, though, they certainly will be buying something.
