Sunday
11:00 AM Badminton (coaching and playing my son)
6:00 PM Open gym or outdoor basketball

Monday
3:00 PM Lift Weights
7:00 Open gym or outdoor basketball

Tuesday
4:00 PM Coach son's soccer (September to May) otherwise swimming at outdoor pool
7:00 PM Men's League Basketball

Wednesday
3:00 PM Lift Weights
5:00 PM Tennis with son (outdoor weather only)
7:00 PM Open gym or outdoor basketball

Thursday
3:00 PM Lift Weights
5:00 PM Swim outdoor in our neighborhood pool with son (Summer only)
7:00 Open gym ball with men's league team practice

Friday
3:00 PM Lift weights
5:00 PM son activity his choice, tennis, toss football, trail riding...

Saturday
8:00 AM open gym basketball
11:00 AM Lift Weights
Afternoon Bike ride with family

I hit this routine at 95% work permitting. Most of these I get around with my bike.
I was going to get back into Kenpo with my son but I'd have to give up league ball which is only on Tuesday nights, plus he has soccer, don't want to push him.

8:30pm - 8:45pm - secks

Monday
12:00pm - 1:00pm - workout ( Total upper/core/ body weight pull ups push ups)
5:30pm - 6:30 - swim or coach BBALL depending on the season
10:30pm - 10:50pm - secks

Tuesday
12:00pm - 1:00pm - workout ( Plyometric )
7:30pm - 8:30pm - Outdoor BBAll pickup

Wed
12:00pm - 1:00pm - workout (Total lower/cardio)
5:30 - 6:30pm - swim or coach BBALL

Thursday
12:00pm - 1:00pm - workout ( yoga)

Friday
12:00pm - 1:00pm - workout ( free weights / body weights pull ups push ups)
7:30 - 8:30pm - City league BBALL
12:00am - 12:15 - secks

Saturday
9:00am - 9:30am - secks
1:00pm - 2:00pm - swim

Mon/Wed/Friday

7-12 noon: wake up
2 pm - 3pm: workout (legs on Mon, arms on Weds, cardio/core on Fri)
4 pm -6pm: nap/gaming/playing sports if not tired
6 pm - 9 pm: study/review uni term work then sleep

Tues/Thurs/Sat
6 pm: wake up
8pm - 5pm: work/travel to work, ends at 2 on Sat
5 pm - 8pm: Study/review uni work
9 pm: sleep cuz I'm tired as fvck, if not I'm hanging with my friends

Sunday:
5pm - ???? : Going to bar/cafe/danceclub(only went there once though, dat shit is expensive) with or w/o friends.
