Does that mean Skip Bayless is more important to ESPN than Lebron, considering Skip trolls James just about everyday on his manufactured, script written debate show?

Pretty much this.

ESPN execs already in wrist-slitting mode over SI getting the Decision II scoop first. They cant afford to have Lebron completely shut the door on them.

I like Dan though at least he was only a Lebron fan outta pure loyalty to his home Team and could give two shits about ESPN's "nob Lebron's sack til he declines" agenda.

I don't get why LeBron should be "thankful" to Miami. He could of gone to any number of teams in the NBA and made them champions. Take the best player in any era and add him to the top teams and the same applies. For example, if you add 90s MJ to the 90s Knicks, Suns, Blazers, Jazz, Sonics, Spurs, Heat, Pacers, Magic etc and those teams are title winners.

Miami should be thankful he chose them, not the other way around.

And why do I care if the man gets high in his free time?

Many NFL players drink a lot, I'm sure, how is that any better? :confusedshrug:

Donte Stallworth killed a man while drunk driving and only got suspended for one year. IMO getting high =/= drunk driving and killing a man

"Kevin "empty stats" Love becoming more and more hated by the day now.

Here's the video of him committing to play for Team USA with Kevin Durant last year:

Shameful Love, shameful."

Agreed 100% with all of this.

It wouldn't be a big deal if he didn't COMMIT to play with Team USA, but he did; he gave his word to the public and shook the hands of Durant and Coach K.

So now that LeBron is in Cleveland he can't play for team USA?

Lol sorry he is just coming across as a bitch because like you said, he's still under contract for 2 years.

Dam,the ESPN bias and ballhugging is clear as day.

When LeBron was in Miami,ESPN themselves promoted hate against LeBron and Miami but now since LeBron went to Cle hes Golden Boy again so
any hate against him is squashed and they shine his balls 24/7 while the hate for Miami is continued.

Quite literally, what he did to Miami was worse than what he did to Cle but bc he went to Cle and not other way around, this time hes praised for it.

Bosh and Wade are hated by the media and fans while
Irving and Love are praised and yet LeBron gets no hate for teaming up with them.

The sheer hypocrisy is clear as day and the bandwagon of nba fans influenced by media on what to hate or cheer is shown clearly when theyre back to loving LeBron.

Coulda,woulda, shoulda.
Facts are before he came here, he had ZERO rings
after he left he had 2 and would have had 3 if not for his OWN shortcoming in 11.

Lebron came here for one reason, to secure his legacy. He did not want to end up like Barkley and Malone. It's a matter of PRINCIPLE and etiquette to SIMPLY acknowledge the fanbase of the team that rescued your legacy.

I know principles mean nothing to you young azz MANgroupies though.
Salute to Dan for reppin for the crib.

WTF ESPN??!

He was talking about it on his radio show for 1-2 weeks before he actually did it. If ESPN really cared they should have told him to STFU. I bet he would have. To say they had no idea he was going to do it was either A) a lie or B) completely negligent management.
