I'd need to see two things first:

1) The actual package offered by GS.

2) The actual package Minny wanted.

Anybody have tweets/reports from reliable sources?

No. They don't need a guy who puts up empty stats.

Only way they should have dealt for Love is if they had dealt for Afflalo

Curry - Afflalo - Iggy - Love - Bogut
Livingston - Rush - Barnes - Green - Speights - Ezeli

Yes, a huge one actually imo.

Love is a rare player because he's actually worth his max contract.

Lee is way overpaid...and just getting rid of him is good.

Klay, while a really good player with the potential to be great, is going to get his max. And that is going to be around 16-17 million I think. Which is way too much.

So yea, huge mistake just on the numbers.

Basketball wise, Love playing next to Iggy and Bogut on the front line is pretty much ideal...and Curry at pg is absolutely ideal.

If they really could have had Love for Klay, Lee, and Barnes for Love/Martin...huge huge huge error.
