This won't stop people from melting down over the fact he signed a 1 year deal. He literally can't leave Cleveland again, unless he wants to have terrible publicity and go back to a "villian" role

Anyone who thinks he's leaving again is retarded. Even if he wanted to, he couldnt. It'd be legacy suicide.

He's a cav, will retire a cav, his number will be retired, and one day he'll be in the front office/ownership.

1) Leaving Cleveland AGAIN hurts Lebron's legacy significantly
2) Lebron cares about his legacy

Conclusion: Lebron is not leaving Cleveland again

Neither is Kobe. He was dishonest in his marriage vows, said the 2012-13 Lakers were the best team he had ever been on, and promised Laker fans that he would bring them back from an 0-3 deficit against Dallas. :lol

He's a moron, he could have erased 95% of any speculation if he didn't have the 1 yr opt out. With that opt out, it's kind of silly to believe he'd never leave, in his mind he couldn't even accept 1 yr without the ability to run off if he wanted.

Lebron James: 'I would love to spend the rest of my career in Miami' (http://ftw.usatoday.com/2013/09/lebron-james-love-to-stay-in-miami)

If the pieces Cleveland put together don't fit (and we've seen it happen a few times Historically where big names were thrown together and it didn't work out) and they get knocked out in the second round or worse, the first, a few times in a row... you better believe he'll try his hardest to team up with KD somewhere in 2016.

He's not leaving, he's just letting ownership know that he is in control. Last time he was there they surrounded him with garbage for 7 years, so of course he has to make sure he has some leverage this time around. No longer can they just sit on their asses and get rich off of him, and surround him with scrubs in return for his efforts.

The 2nd yr he can opt out and get big money. Next year they have no bird rights. If he opted out he has to leave. Essentially he couldn't even promise Cleveland 2 yrs, only 1.

They are overrated.

Lebrons intentions was to get stars around him and gain an advantage like miami, only that those stars may not be as good or fit what he hoped for...

Agenda is such a laughable word on a basketball fan site :oldlol:

Who could possibly of thought that basketball or player fans have an agenda? Wow! :lol

I don't care if he leaves. I'm a player fan, not a Cavs fan. Lebron is doing something that no star before him has, which is control his own destiny instead of letting owners do that for him. That is the definition of alpha.
Meanwhile betas like Rose are busy putting their futures in the hands of owners and general managers that don't give a shit about them, and sitting out the playoffs due to lack of muscle memory. :lol

This is not convincing at all. Why he signed one year deal if he is not leaving cleveland again?

His moves telling me he's gonna leave if the team fail.

Up to now, I feel his words entice cleveland trusty on purpose.
